  • Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
  • A valid email address and mobile phone number
  • An initial deposit amount (minimum $25 for checking, $100 for savings)

Important Note

RB-ONW accounts are available to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian to open a joint account with you.

Step-by-Step Setup Process

    We'll ask for your SSN and may ask you to upload photos of your ID. Our secure system verifies this information instantly in most cases.

  4. Choose Your Account Type

    Select whether you want a checking account, savings account, or both. Review the features and benefits of each account type.

  5. Fund Your Account

    You can fund your account via:

    • External bank transfer (ACH)
    • Debit card from another institution
    • Mobile check deposit
    • Wire transfer

  6. Set Up Security Features

    Create a strong password and set up two-factor authentication for added security. We recommend using our authenticator app for the most secure 2FA.

  7. Review and Submit
